Description:

18K yellow gold with 18k green gold leaf bail and 14mm Teardrop South Sea Pearl.  This piece was created by molding an actual acorn cap and stem, creating a wax model from the mold and embellishing the textures before casting in gold.  The leaf bail was hand-carved in wax and then cast in gold.
